Zu Gast | In Embers + Sandia

„In Embers“ is an Austrian jazz fusion trio from Vienna. With their sound they want to redefine a rarely used music genre somewhere between jazz, rock and acoustic-electro. Founded in 2019, the band released their first EP „Neon Cascades“ in 2021 and is currently working on their first full-length album, scheduled for release in 2025. The first single of the upcoming album is already available on all streaming platforms.

Driven by a passion for musical exploration, Sandia offers modern young spirit, innovative music, which incorporates Jazz, Ethnic, World, Fusion, that can touch a large variety of audiences through a special mix of groove, emotions, lyrical melodies, and complexity.
The band won first prize at the 8th edition (2023) of the Italian, International competition – 7 Virtual Jazz Club, chosen by 38 judges from all over the world, with the track Sabres. The group released their debut album – “Sipur Layla” (August 2024)
